  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If a reservation is not canceled within the required time frame, the full fare will be charged, including tolls, parking, and any additional fees. This policy applies to all vehicle types.
  • What are the cancellation timeframes?

    For Sedans, SUVs, and Vans, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For Hourly Services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • What if I miss the cancellation window?

    If you miss the cancellation window, the full fare will be charged as per our policy. We recommend reviewing your reservation details ahead of time.
